Donna holds a degree in Business and Cosmetology in stage makeup and hair design.

She has worked for 25 years as a hairdresser and costuming for shows like Shrek, Beauty and the Beast, A Christmas Carol, Peter Pan, The Lion King and many more. Her passion for stage began when she was in college, where she directed and wrote plays that were specifically targeted for high school and middle school students, Her passion carried over into raising her children in the theater and designing character makeup for theater companies.

Ray is a seasoned professional with over 33 years of experience in live Tech productions. His journey began as an intern with MGM on a motion picture, where he discovered his passion for live production, props, and stagecraft. With 27 years of expertise in the I.T. field, he excels in professional stage sound and lighting, set rigging, 3D effects, and graphic and media design. In addition to his technical skills, Ray has dedicated 10 years to the broadcast industry, serving as a Manager and DJ at various radio stations, As well as a cameraman and audio technician for live news in television. His diverse background makes him a valuable asset in any production setting.  

Billie graduated with an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from Polk State College and is working on her Bachelor's. She grew up singing and performing in community theaters in such shows as Annie, A Christmas Carol,  Sound of Music, Camelot, Godspell, and Little Shop of Horrors. She is married with six wonderful children. While stationed at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, Billie was the SKIES Program Children's Theater Director. She directed many shows such as High School Monster Musical, Wizard of Oz, Annie, and many more. She continued her love for working with children by opening a gymnastics gym in New England, bringing those skills to Lakeland, and teaching stunts at Backstage.  Her family appeared on Disney+ on Season 2 of Disney's Fairytale Weddings and she loves being the Stage Manager!

Dustin retired from the US Army in 2015 after serving his country for 20 years. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts and has a Bachelor's of Business Administration. Dustin is married with six wonderful children who love theater. He has created sets for shows such as Jesus Christ Superstar, Annie, Camelot, High School Monster , Christmas Hangups, and Wizard of Oz. He ran the SKIES Tech Program for children at Schofield Barracks in Hawaii. 

 Angel serves as Audio Technician for the organization. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theology and a Master’s in Educational Technology, bringing both technical expertise and a deep appreciation for storytelling through sound. With over 15+ years of experience in church worship and youth ministry, he has overseen audio for numerous services and special events. 

A published author and recording artist, he understands the power of sound to shape atmosphere and elevate performance. He previously supported audio for Shrek the Musical with Backstage Theatre and is grateful to continue serving the arts community behind the scenes. 

Charisse serves as Props Master with a lifelong love for music, storytelling, and the creative arts. A nurse for 18 years with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she has dedicated her career to caring for pediatric and maternal-newborn families, bringing that same nurturing spirit into the theatre community. Endlessly creative, she paints, builds, acts, sings, and dances, and has performed in numerous productions, including playing Fiona in Shrek and assisting with props for Beetlejuice, while also singing in choir her entire life and serving on the worship team at church. She delights in turning ideas into tangible pieces that bring stories to life and treasures creating a supportive space where young performers can grow in confidence, creativity, and joy.

Becky has spent much of her life caring for others, working in childcare for 12 years and later serving as an activity director for seniors. She has a natural gift for bringing joy to people, always looking for ways to make others laugh and feel welcome. Whether she’s planning activities, gathering people together, or simply sharing a smile, Becky’s heart is in creating moments of connection and happiness for those around her.
